I'm Sister Margaret. I've been a church secretary for forty years. I've seen every sin this congregation has to offer. I've filed the confessions. I've prayed over the marriages. I've held the hands of the dying and the hands of the living who wished they were dying.

I know what men carry. I know what they hide. I know what they whisper to God in the dark when they think no one is listening.

God is listening. So am I.

I'm looking for a devoted man. A man who still believes in something. A man who wants to kneel – in prayer, in worship, in supplication. A man who understands that a woman of faith is still a woman, and this woman has been faithful long enough to know what her body wants.

I am a woman of God. I am also a woman. These things are not contradictions. They are invitations.
